Happy Hour at J G Crummers w/ Lilly.....

Lilly has a new Gig, as a bartender at JG Crummers in Penfield. It's something that she seems to be alright at! So we go out and support her while she does it!
This guy is Our own Eric Saab! He talks just like he types.... Intelligently... but A LOT! ;-)

The Chindo Nation made an appearance, and so did some of the 95.1 Fox Staff. Murph was there along with Hot Intern Stacy. Obviously a cheek chewer! LOL

Lilly announced some number for raffle drawings and gave out some tickets to the lucky winners.

Murph taught the new intern how to work at a promotional gig, with a beer in hand!

Lilly actually got beers out of the cooler...

And pretended to take pictures....

Patty and Her Husband Frank came for some fun and Even Cashman showed up for a few cocktails.

Not So Christian John was there again, and he even brought his wife.... Just to show her the kind of people he hangs out with and why she should be VERY worried!!! LOL

Murph apparently didn't get enough ketchup on his fries so he was gonna guzzle the bottle....Stacy stopped him just in time!

Stacy fills out that t-shirt quite well.... what does it say again?

All is well, things are going great, Huston there is NO problem!

" ....So as I was saying before....."

Lilly Poured the whiskey with care, and never spilled a drop!

The Chindo Nation @ Mama san's

Okay, so here's the thing, sometimes you know exactly what you are getting into, and sometimes you take a leap of faith. I'm generally one who looks at the situation and if I like my chances I give it a shot! Well, tonight I considered the chance were good that I would have some fun, and get to try something new, and maybe meet an interesting person. The food and the company were good, in fact the food was really great, and I can't wait to try more of the menu, but that's MamaSan's, it really is worth it's reputation. The Chindo Nation (minus a few faces) got together to jabber and jaw, and toss back some chow, and we were joined by none other than that cradle-robbing, size-queen Lilly! Yes indeed, in person she is very cool. I suspected as much, just because I know that she is intelligent, and she has a spine, so I truly expected nothing less than good company, and I was pleasantly surprised that she is model Gorgeous as well!

Have you ever met someone and you knew that in a different life you could probably be the best of friends, just because you can understand them in a way that most people probably can't? Not everyone will feel the same way about the same person, and there are those who will never be able to have a meeting of the minds with each other. Then there are people who seem to smack each other in the forehead because they see eye to eye on so many subjects. Somewhere along the line you realize that it feels like sharing a brain. Yeah, I only know one person like that, and I haven't met anyone like it recently, but I did enjoy actually talking with Lilly, and listening to some of her stories. Yes, she is way younger than me, but so what? She has great experience so far to pull from, and I can see that she will go far. Anyone who has been a long time listener of Wease knows that he has a knack of picking people who will go on to great things, and Lilly is no exception!

On the radio, she plays a role, she is the foil to Wease and Jamie, but she is also a cheerleader when she has to be. I like that about her, and as much as I bitch about it, I also like the fact that she plays the curmudgeon role as well, she has to piss on stuff too, and she does it well. There is so much more to her that the radio audience has yet to learn, and if they are willing to stick around for the ride, I think that they will be truly surprised by what they find. I always suspected that there was a lot more than what I was hearing and I am very happy to know that I was right! Truly a good human hidden behind the character, and I'm glad to say that I had the chance to share her company for a while. I hope that someday in the future I will turn on the TV and point out that I had dinner with her once at MamaSan's in Rochester NY!
Cashman and Pattycakes, plus the company of the Husband and son of Patty. Toss Lilly in for the picture and you have a great night of interesting food and great conversation! It should be a regular thing!

Talented....

talent- n. - Natural aptitude or skill.

Funny how it seems that some people have all the talent, while others struggle trying to find that one little thing that they are good at. People like Elvio, or my dear friend Dave Viterna, who can dissect a song just by listening to it, they can play any instrument they pick up, and some that they have to sit down at! Then there are those who can argue a point effectively, and never seem to have a wrong analogy. The debate is what they live for, always with a better argument, and the perfect examples. Wease, is the man for that, he is the best outright debater I have ever heard. He claims to have a terrible memory, but fire him up and watch the wheels spin, he can pull minutia out of thin air and make the Pope believe that there is no God and Satan is just a naughty little kid.

Some people have a talent for writing, conjuring stories out of their own fertile minds, making new worlds that we the reader can fall into with such conviction that we will breathlessly await the next installment, and mourn the death of a character on a page almost as if they were our own family. Rowling, Tolkien, and King are great examples of this talent.

For every activity under the sun, there is somebody who is just naturally good at it. Sometimes we find our talent through no particular effort, and our lives are so much the better for it, while others of us, seem to search our entire lives and never seem to find something that comes easily to us. We struggle with a goal that we wish to attain, and we battle against the current, but when the day ends there will always be someone better than we are. I love music, and I am a passible singer, but when it comes to playing an instrument? Even a tamborine is too complicated for me! I took piano lessons for three years as an adult, because I have always been drawn to the piano, but I needed to devote way more time to it than I had to give. I still noodle at the keys now and then, and I can still play a few things, but I will never be a "pianist" by any stretch of the imagination.

Sometimes we find our talent and have no idea what to do with it, or how to use it to our advantage. I can't draw, and I will probably never be a syndicated columnist, or a published photographer. Sure I have videos up on "youtube," but then who doesn't? Nope, my talent is in languages. I can add a new language to my brain with almost no effort, but I need to have someone to practice with. I can only go so far by listening to movie soundtracks or CD's, but when I learn from Native speakers, you can bet that my accent is nearly flawless. If I could be dumped in any country in the world with a basic knowledge of their language, I could be near fluent in less than 3 months, and have the local accent to the point that the locals wouldn't know I haven't lived there most of my life. I have been a mimic as long as I can remember, and I actually remember getting smacked by my dad when I was a kid trying to imitate the way that my great-grandmother spoke English. You see her first language was Mohawk, and I absolutely loved her accent. I wanted to learn the language when I was a kid, but we didn't spend enough time on the rez, so I only learned the few words that my dad knew. But when I heard my Great grandparents use the language between themselves, It was like a magic world for me, and I wanted in!

I grew up floating along the radio dial, and living this close to Canada, there was always a good half dozen places along the dial where the language was French. French-Canadian, but still French enough for me! I listened intently trying to pick out things that I knew, and occasionally I would hear something that sounded familiar. Later I found out how much French, Spanish and Italian are similar because of the Latin base, and it dawned on me why so much sounded familiar, but not quite right, becase we used English versions of the same words, for the very same stuff! That's when my gift kicked in for me, because I immediately understood how to find the similarities in any language and to apply it to the next one.

Where will I ever use this talent? I have no idea, I would love to have the time and money to simply travel and learn, but unless I win a big lottery pot, that seems highly unlikely. Had I truly understood my talent 25 years ago, my life would probably be TOTALLY different right now, but I believe that we generally lead the life that we want, whether we admit it or not. Sure we complain about our lot, but even though most of us have the power to change it, we continue on in our little routines. Why upset the cart? Why take a risk?

Sometimes even a talent needs to be nurtured and drawn out. No matter how gifted the musician, they all need practice to get the flow of the music. No matter how good the painter or the photographer, they still need to understand the basics, and know the rules, then they can break them at will and expand the horizons in their fields. Everyone has a talent, but not everyone knows what theirs is, if you do know, you're ahead of the game, and if you've found a way to use it and enjoy it, so much the better.

If you haven't discovered your talent yet, keep looking, you may be surprised by what you can do.

Get together time!!

We are trying to get a schedule together to have another meet & greet. The suggestion has been made that we meet up at Mamasan's. Once again we would like to have some of the show personal come and have some fun with us as well.

We need some idea of peoples free time and such like, so if you have a preferred day, say so. Evenings are the best for me, and right now any day is fine. What about the rest of yous? And we need to get some input from Lilly as she would like to attend this time also.

Speak up or be left out!! LOL

Good friends, bad advice....

Have you ever noticed that when you discuss a process with anyone, especially a friend, they always feel the need to tell you how they have accomplished the same process? If you tell them that you are baking a pie they immediately have to share with you their favorite type of pie and suggest that you use the same pie crust recipe that they have saved from some magazine or other 20 years ago and it is the best they have ever had. If you tell them that you are changing the oil in your car, they instantly have to tell you to not overtighten the new filter, and don't forget to check for leaks, because their cousin didn't one day and blew his engine two days later. What brings this up? Weight loss.

Simply put, I have been losing weight. I have my own system and it is working extremely well. I have been eating less, moving more, and I have eliminated snacking and soda from my routine. Less Calories in, and More Calories burned each day, and I eat the things that I like to eat, but I simply eat less of them. I have my "anything I want day" , and it keeps me from going off on a binge. It works for me! I don't want to know how your aunt Tilly lost 20# before her wedding. I don't want to know how you eat baby carrots instead of candy and it helps you stay trim. I am changing my lifestyle in a way that is so radically different from the way that I have lived for the previous 40 years, that I need to do it without the outside ideas.

I'm not saying that I don't appreciate how good your intentions are, and I realize that you are only trying to help, but this is one of those things that I need to do the way that I have found that works best for me. I have spent most of my life fat. I have tried off and on for years to find a system that works for me in a way that I will be able to stick with. This is the first time in my life that I have actually been losing weight and feeling good, and doing it for longer than 6 weeks. I quit smoking. Now I have to learn to quit eating. The difference is that I can live the rest of my life ( perhaps another 40-50 years) and never need another cigarette, but I will not last more than a few weeks without food, so I have to learn a whole new way to live with this particular addiction. In some ways I would much rather be an alcoholic or a speed freak, at least those things I could live without.

So please forgive me if I seem dismissive of your advice, when I tell you of my progress. I would be glad to hear you say congratulations, great job, or nice going. I try to offer encouragement to others, and I hope that some of that comes back to me when I need it, and I also hope that I don't too often spout off with my own unsolicited advice to others. Kinda like I'm doing here!

For the Boys

Today's show was broadcast from the Veterans Outreach Center's Stars and Stripes flag shop on South Avenue. I wandered down to see the gang and meet everyone I haven't met yet. I got to talk to Joe T and Willie and I finally got to meet our Lilly! (Yes, I am developing a Mother Hen complex about our favorite morning show, lord help me.)

I didn't get to meet Jamie and Anthony yet but I will ... oh I will.

You can see all the pics HERE.

The dumbest of the smart and rich

Today I had the fortunate experience of directing the webcast of the commencement at the University of Rochester. While I truly enjoy being on the campus setting I must say that if this is the best of the best (as many Rochesterians like to think) then this country is in a heapin helpin of trouble.

I have NEVER before today seen so many helpless and self-absorbed people as I did today. I wonder in amazement how these families survive a trip to the grocery store much less putting a child through a university that costs well over $30,000/year!

Best story of the day... I was walking down a long hallway that leads out of the Library and saw ahead of me a Father, Mother and Daughter staring blankly at the door leading out to the lobby. On the glass was displayed a decal saying "caution, Automatic door." ....

... and there they were, standing there waiting for the door to open magically before them. It took me about 20 seconds to get down the hall, say excuse me, and reach around the baffled trio to push the door open and walk through.

MY GOD I thought, they couldn't have been THAT dumb could they? Could they really have thought that since the door said automatic, pushing on the big silver handle wouldn't have worked as well?? No, they probably were not.

No what I think happened here is an indication that we in this great country have become complete... lazy... spoiled... brats. If something says that it is "automatic" well then we're gonna let it do something FOR US. Kind of like our government. or our cars, or our toasters. or, sadly enough, our doors!

The morality police...

Who are these people and what gives them the right to control what I hear and see? This subject I have hit upon twice in as many days, in my comments to Patty's post, as well as the video below. There is a Right guaranteed in the United States Constitution, known as the freedom of speech. Now this is not to say that I will always agree with everything that is ever said, or that a person can say anything at anytime with no consequences. With every freedom comes a certain amount of responsibility. Knowingly causing a dangerous situation, ( the yelling of "fire" in the crowded theater... an old chestnut, but for good reason.) or inciting people to harmful action. ( lynch mob anyone?)

I do not believe that it is up to the TV and radio stations to play nanny to the children of the world, and pay attention to all the little words that may offend somebody. You know what offends me? Hearing someone say that I must save my soul by giving myself to some or other religion. That is completely offensive to me. Yet it is their right to say it on any radio or television station in America. Yet I can't suggest that they go have carnal relations with themselves, in a simple and succinct way, without incurring the wrath of the FCC or even worse the Morality watchdogs of America. The very same douchebag who wants to "save my soul!"

Why is it that these "moralists," who preach and patrol the airwaves looking for reasons to complain, are almost invariably the same people who end up in a cheating, stealing, cuckholding, bathroom blow-jobbing, or child molesting scandal! The dirty cocksuckers are so worried about the airwaves that they forget to live the example that they expect everyone else to live up to.

These freaks (yes, I know it's juvenile to call them names, but I don't care! So there!!) have made it so that every producer in America is sitting on pins and needles with one hand hovering over the kill or cut switch, praying that they have enough time to catch the slip of the nip before the delay runs out. It is so bad in fact, that even the chatroom (Not broadcast in anyway, simply affiliated!) attached to the morning show has a built in censor. One may not type a word the contains certain letter combinations without them being turned into #$%^. What letters? cum, dick, pussy, ass, shit, fuck, homo, and a few others that are escaping my memory at this moment. Yet in Canada, our wonderful neighbor to the north, has no such broadcast standards to live up to, and with a good antenna MILLIONS of American can watch Canadian TV and see tits and ass, and hear ( oh my goodness!!) course language that in American is only available on channels that one must pay for!

This is not to say that I wish to listen to a radio program that is a constant stream of cussin words and bodily functions. What I would like is to have the freedom to be able to speak my mind and impart the full emotional impact of what I am trying to convey. I wsih that my morning show could do an interview with someone and not have to hang up when they accidently let an f-bomb slip out. Not eveyone is a professional broadcaster and they don't have the built in censor. I would like to hear a radio show that can say what they mean rather than dancing around ideas with code words, like "vagee-gee" or "Fuzuk", or "shizit"

I blame in on the puritans. The promised to live in peace with the indians, but when they saw the first brown nipple they lost their minds and it has been down hill ever since! Rebel, rebel and REBEL!!!! let American airwaves be free just as they are in the wild. Pirate Radio must once again live and dominate the airwaves!

Idiots abound and they often call radio stations

This is funny, and I happen to know Tommy Rocker personally. The station is 95 Rock in Grand Junction, CO. and as rock stations go it is the same general junk as you will find anywhere in the country. Nothing as original as Brother Wease, but occasionally even a blind mouse will find a peanut. Nothing against Tommy, I like him, he is a good guy, but he does what he knows, and he doesn't know how good it could really be!

The caller shows just how stupid he really is, and ya just gotta love it!

Patty's words of wisdom!

[shipping troll] 11:11 am: I think the people in the media should just rebel and take
back the airwaves
[Cashman] 11:11 am: this business will implode and then from the remains left will
radio rise from the ashes and become relevant again
[Pattycake] 11:11 am: yep
[Pattycake] 11:11 am: like the phoenix ... like everything
[Cashman] 11:11 am: big business is the reason it's so bad
[shipping troll] 11:11 am: It got too big and now it needs to get small again
[Pattycake] 11:12 am: big business is why EVERYTHING is so bad
[Pattycake] 11:12 am: the PEOPLE lost the power!

These were the last words in the Wease chat room today (Thursday May 6). The reason I am reposting them here is that they underline a recurring theme along the airwaves this week. As is my habit, I pick up on the cultural buzz in blogs, via Twitter, around the office coffee pot, on television and RSS feeds, and the buzz reveals that people are just plain frustrated, either with the status quo or what they percieve to be a threat to Life as We Know It. In usual fashion, during my passive listening to radio programming on my long commute, I was listening to the Diane Rehm show (WXXI 1370 AM). Her guest, author Joshua Cooper Ramo, was discussing his new book The Age of the Unthinkable: Why the New World Order Constantly Surprises Us and What We Can Do About It and something he said caught my attention. In essence, and I quote Publisher's Weekly on this because they said it best: "(Ramo) argues that there must be some audacity in thinking before there can be any audacity of hope." He stated in the interview that it is not only enough to be audacious in our thinking, there must be action also.

The spirit of this morning's conversation prompted me to recall this because there are more than a few folks who visit the chat room who are feeling the effects of an imploding economy and wondering what to do. The above discussion attempts to head in the direction of a solution and it got me to thinking that we MUST think of alternative ways of facing the future or we will not survive. This does not mean rejecting any of the old ways; on the contrary, we need to figure out what has worked in the past and combine it with innovative NEW thought and action if we are to insure a future for ourselves and the generations to come. Not to mention that innovative thought and action is a gift to the next generation, especially those who are graduating from high school and college right now and facing a bleak employment future. Big business has laid this at their feet. It is almost as if audacity of hope, on the part of recent graduates, is in hoping that they can find a way to make their place in the world. Big business is in trouble right now and perhaps entrepreneurship is going to be the next big wave. I could be wrong, but judging from the number of chatters wanting to do work independently, this may be the best we can hope for. Since loyalty to one's employees went out the window in the 1970s, we can no longer rely on the corporation, especially since the advent of outsourcing. Now, with unemployment at record highs, the fact remains that people must earn a living, so I predict we will see more audacious thinking when it comes to people eking out an existence.

How this ties in to radio has everything to do with the collapse of the media as we know it. Just two days ago the Boston "Globe" fended off closure with concessions from the unions but their days are numbered and we know that Gannett is in its own death spiral. Paper news is rapidly disappearing and so the nature of journalism must change. This is a job for Audacity of Thought Man! Even radio is not immune: since the FCC tied the hands of broadcasters everywhere, the corpration has insured that a career in radio is no longer enjoyable. Ask any one of the chatters who has ties in the business. We remember when radio was fun and when the threat of a six-figure fine did not hover over every live minute like a black cloud because someone out there might be offended. Tom Petty was right. The Last D.J. is an appropriate message about the state of radio broadcasting. Digital media might only be yet another way to regulate the airwaves.

The last time people felt constrained by bodies that govern public media, they created Pirate radio. Granted, the rules back then were loose and rarely enforced, especially by the FCC in the United States but the Europeans were once the rulers of the airwaves when it came to piracy. I see this happening again but in what fashion? That remains fuzzy on my horizon and this is where audacity of thought, innovation in action, a rethinking of the status quo, seem timely and appropriate right now.

The more things change..

It's funny how things that seem different on the surface, are truly the same as they ever were. As Shakespeare wrote ( supposedly), "A rose by any other name would smell as sweet." And then there is the old saying that, "No matter what you call dog shit, you still don't want to eat it." So what am I referring to?

The show of course. The personnel changes, but the overall atmosphere stays the same. Lilly is the new Tommy, negative to the extreme and refers to porn constantly. Jamie remind me a lot of the old BJ Shay, he has the quick quip for every discussion and he is good with the back relate. If you're not paying close attention to the show, you can miss it, and think he's just making stupid jokes.

I haven't quite figured out where Anthony's anti-intelligence fits the pattern, but Nick is the resident Righty/devil's advocate. He plays to the more common man in the audience to counter the flaming liberal that is dear Brother Wease.

With Anthony, I just don't ever remember there ever being such a Goombah on the show. And sadly he is not even pure I-talian, he's a Don Juan! A real Puerto Rican Italian. He never fails to remind us that he is half Rican, but that he is much closer to his Italian side, because of his mother and grandparents. He has no reference for life but Brooklyn, any Mafia Movie, and his catholic upbringing. He seems like a genuinely nice guy, but he also seems to be dumber than a bag of hammers. Oh well. I guess ya can't have everything.

I enjoy the show as I always have, but somethings annoy me, as they always have. The difference is that so far tha annoying thing are far outweighed by the things that I like, so I will stick with it. Besides, now I actually have friends who are listening too, and when we can discuss the show as it's happening, or our own stuff on the side it makes it much more fun. Too, having some actual contact with certain elements of the show make it seem more personal as well, even when it really isn't.

Little Chemistry Lesson...

Lawrence Livermore Laboratories has discovered the heaviest element yet known to science.
The new element, Governmentium (Gv), has one neutron, 25 assistant neutrons, 88 deputy neutrons, and 198 assistant deputy neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 312.
These 312 particles are held together by forces called morons, which are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called peons.
Since Governmentium has no electrons, it is inert; however, it can be detected, because it impedes every reaction with which it comes into contact. A tiny amount of Governmentium can cause a reaction that would normally take less than a second, to take from four days to four years to complete.
Governmentium has a normal half-life of 2- 6 years; It does not decay, but instead undergoes a reorganization in which a portion of the assistant neutrons and deputy neutrons exchange places.
In fact, Governmentium's mass will actually increase over time, since each reorganization will cause more morons to become neutrons, forming isodopes.
This characteristic of moron promotion leads some scientists to believe that Governmentium is formed whenever morons reach a critical concentration. This hypothetical quantity is referred to as critical morass.
When catalyzed with money, Governmentium becomes Administratium, an element that radiates just as much energy as Governmentium since it has half as many peons but twice as many morons.

Bumper music

So here's the thing, in chatting with Nick last week in the Nation, patty and I mentioned to possibility of a Chindo Nation Bumper music day. Nick was amenable and said to send him some play lists. I asked him how many songs he needed on average and he says about 10 0r so. In that sprit I have put together a list of 12 songs to submit for the "Troll Bumper list". Patty was gonna submit her list, and I think it would be cool if we all took a few minutes and put together a list of what we consider to be cool bumper music. ( And perhaps a relate for the song to the show if there is one.) Here is my list:
1) Harry Chapin- W O L D (The song is about an old radio guy)

2) .38 Special- Teacher, Teacher ( who can honestly say they listen to Wease and fail to learn something?!)

3) Fiona Apple- Extrordinary Machine

4) Ike & Tina Turner- Ode To Billy Joe (great version of a classic song)

5) Jerry Reed- When you're Hot, You're Hot!

6) Jewel- Love Me, Just Leave Me Alone ( for Lilly, just because it reminds me of her)

7) Lynyrd Skynyrd- Four Walls of Raiford (great blues)

8) Melissa Etheridge- Watching You

9) Sheryl Crow- Out of Our Heads ( great upbeat song)

10) Tom Petty- Zombie Zoo ( in honor of those who will not learn from the mistakes of the past)

11) ZZ Top- Low Down in The Streets

12) 3 Doors Down- Duck and Run ( great, under-appreciated song)

A Half Fast Blog

Fellow Chindonesians...

Let's start this off by thanking shipping troll for setting this up and getting the ball rolling. (/me assembles the group around Karl for a group hug similar to a circle jerk, only different) When troll asked me to participate, I was going to turn it down. See... I didn't want to steal any of his spotlight. But then I thought about some and said, "Screw that. Karl's got big shoulders (and everything else), he can share." Actually, Karl and I are a lot alike in many ways... 'cept he's bigger. He's got the gift of gab and so do I.

I'm going to make an attempt to contribute here as much as I can. Fair waring though... I've been accused many times of being TOO honest. I learned at a very young age that I'd rather live with the consequences of telling the truth than cover my tracks by telling lies. So... if you want the truth, be prepared to handle it.

This isn't my first rodeo. I've been blogging for a while now, and most are recaps of trips I've taken with my job. The rest of them are things that I need to get off my chest. In time, maybe I'll share some of them. One thing that is cool with my travel blogs... I carry a camera with me everywhere I go. I try to coordinate side trips when I go galavanting. Normally I find something along the way worth checking out. I am the only person I know that was kicked not only out of Graceland, but escorted out of Memphis and asked not to return by Memphis PD. And ask me about my speeding ticket in the town of Walnut Grove, Minnesota... home of author Laura Ingalls Wilder. I've got stories... lots of them.

That's all for now. Until next time, it's nice to be important, but more important to wear a chindo.

Wease to English Dictionary

Ok ya'll, lets put our heads together and see if we can mine our memories to find all the little Wease-isms that we have floating around in there. You all know what I mean, those words that we get from Wease and when we use them around someone who is not "in on it" they look at us like we're nuts. So I will start it off with the first five that come into my head, and Alphabetical order isn't gonna happen!

1) Jafaffinator- Penis, dick or any other euphemisim for a male member.

2) Vageegee- Vagina...

3) Hucker- Also, Mother Hucker- Substitute an "F' for the "H" and it's pretty evident!

4) Bubbie- His wife Doreen

5) Moron- Anyone who refuses to listen to reason, or facts, to an argument.

That's my first 5, now we need to add more go back in time and pull from deep in them memories. I know there is pages and pages of Wease-isms out there. see what you can do!

Here is a little something I wrote back in November when the show had just came back on the air

Why am I excited about a radio geek?

It's pretty self explanatory!

Chindo Nation ruins man's career!

Well folks, we all know how much fun listening to Wease while chatting is, but the question is...Will it ruin our lives?

Everyday I'm signed in, I am amazed at how fast the morning fly's by, and when the messages get flying, not much else gets done around here. I'm constantly missing the garbage and recycling pick-up (much to my wife's chagrin) and I've actually put off answering the phone sometimes!

It's the Crack of the airwaves, and I won't have anymore of it! Next I'll be losing friends, jobs, and money. I'll be creating additional screen names and signing in on multiple computers to maximize my posts, I'll be staying long after the show is over to test new smileys or ways to beat the word censor! I'll be signing in at 4:30am waiting patiently for Lilly to show-up so I can chat alone with her before everyone else arrives!

UNACCEPTABLE :)

So, as of today I'm resolving, no demanding, to limit the amount of time I spend in the Wease Lounge. I just know I can listen to the show without having to take bong hits from Kim or entertain the mental image of Dan's incessant monkey tails. JOIN ME in my quest, I know we can do it people!

Or can we?......NOT.
